Links Day at the Capitol - May 25, 2016
On Wednesday, May 25, 2016, The Links, Incorporated will participate in the 12th annual Louisiana Links Day at the Capitol (LLDAC). LLDAC provides the opportunity for members to present our policy agendas to our elected representatives and work with them to integrate these issues into the state’s legislative priorities.
The legislative policy agenda aligns with strategic policy goals of The Links, Incorporated of working to eliminate the structural and systemic barriers that prevent full access to educational opportunities and health care for the communities we serve. These strategic priorities include disparities in access to health care, childhood obesity, equal pay, STEM education, mentoring, anti-bullying initiatives and civic education.

43rd Southern Area Conference
May 13 - 16, 2015, the Birmingham, Magic City and Tri-County Chapters will host the 43rd Southern Area Conference. Links from across the Southern Area will meet in the Magic City to celebrate Change Effected.
The conference will offer a full schedule of meetings, workshops, gatherings and experiences that will educate, invigorate and celebrate who we are and what we do.
